It would be great if the Ticket system for Resellers had similar fields to the WPMUDEV forum tickets.
A good point of start will be to add the select field to choose the area of the issue, for example, Hosting, Domains, Webmail, and allow us to add our options to this list, like Site Maintenance, SEO, Malware Cleaning and others
That way when the client created the ticket we could have a better idea of the issue.
Could you please, consider adding this feature? Thanks in advance.
