It would be great if the Ticket system for Resellers had similar fields to the WPMUDEV forum tickets.
A good point of start will be to add the select field to choose the area of the issue, for example, Hosting, Domains, Webmail, and allow us to add our options to this list, like Site Maintenance, SEO, Malware Cleaning and others
That way when the client created the ticket we could have a better idea of the issue.
Could you please, consider adding this feature? Thanks in advance.

    Having a select field to categorize the issue—such as Hosting, Domains, and Webmail—and the ability to add custom options like Site Maintenance, SEO, or Malware Cleaning would indeed enhance clarity and efficiency in managing client requests in the new Ticket system we implemented for members.

    We already passed this feature request on to our Hub team for consideration. I hope more people will vote for this so that it gets some priority.
