The more I work with Forminator, the more I realize how amazing the tool is—and the team behind it is just as impressive. Thank you so much for your hard work.
I do have a couple of suggestions regarding the draft functionality. Overall, the feature works well, and users do use it frequently. However, they often forget about their drafts, and processing those drafts via the current submission list can be cumbersome.
For me, the draft feature is perfect for capturing leads and continuing to work with them, but I’m somewhat limited in how effectively I can do so. Here’s what I propose:
1) Provide a hook or action that triggers when a draft is saved, so we can integrate tools like Zapier to collect and process drafts—for example, sending an automated follow up email with an offerlater on.
2)Allow customization of the default email that’s sent after a draft is saved. Being able to add “triggers” or personalized text could motivate users to continue filling out the form.
That’s basically it. I hope you’ll find some time to consider these suggestions. The first one is more important, as it would let me send additional emails by leveraging triggers on draft submissions, while the second would be a nice enhancement.
