400 Bad Request

I am trying to import site content for a premium theme to this new site. However, I get a "400 Bad Request" error when I try.

The theme/plugin is "Generatepress", and I've used it on many sites. This is my first time using it on a WPMUDEV hosted site however.

Is there something in the hosting config that would be blocking this plugin function?

    hope you’re doing well today! :slight_smile:

    How large is the file that you’re trying to import?

    Can you – if possible – try to create a SFTP account and use that to upload the content file into the server, then use it from there to import?

    If this isn’t possible for some reason, could you please give this another try so you reproduce the “400 Bad Request” error and then check the PHP error logs in your Hosting?

    Please share here any fatal error or warning that you might get in there.
