500 error with TranslatePress

I’m having a hard time getting the TranslatePress plugin to work on my multisite.

When I switch to a different language using the language switcher on the front-end, the page displays a blank screen with a 500 error. This occurs whether the plugin is network-active, or active only on the main site.

During a live chat session, Patrick deactivated all plugins on the main site and all network-active plugins as well, yet still the issue persists.

He also tested it network-activated on a new multisite install on your hosting using the same theme as on my site (Astra), and it works out of the box there.

My site was migrated here from another host, so we suspect something in the database or file system may be interfering on my site.

    Hi networdpress

I hope you are doing good today.

I was also not able to replicate this issue on my WPMU Dev lab multisite. This plugin works just fine.

However, I notice that the plugin no longer exists on your multisite. Did you uninstall this plugin?
Also, I see you have “WP Ultimo: Language Selector on Sign-up” plugin.

Please let us know do you still need help with that and do we have permission to install this plugin and investigate this more.

    Kind Regards,
    Kris
