A source of arrival not performing properly

Hustle Pro Pop Up not working, it is set as set for a source of arrival condition.

    Thank you for reaching out to us and hope you are doing well!

    I have tested Hustle Pro visibility Source of Arrival rules in my website with a test Popup I created and they are working well for me. Both internal and external, direct access is also working well for me. You can see a test here.

    I also exported your Hustle popup using the export tool and imported your popup into my website and it seemed to work fine. But then I exported my test popup and compared the exported file with your exported file. There I only found two Unicode characters on your export file ( https://www.fileformat.info/info/unicode/char/00a0/index.htm) as possible causes for “breaking” your popup.

    So could you copy the main content of your Pop-up to a simple text editor like Notepad and then paste it back in the text tab of your main content textarea? (See Image below please)

    If that solves your issue, may I ask you how did you create this Pop-up? What device and browser did you use? Did you also import it from an export file? Those would help us identify the source of the problem. If so.
