Active Campaign not working properly with Hustle.

My hustle pro embed does not seem to be sending email information to Active Campaign. I can see the email in the ‘local email list’ and the integration seems to be set up properly.

    Hope you are doing well :slight_smile:

    As mentioned in the chat the issue seems to be due to Hustle Pro is not up-to-date the ActiveCampain API and it is already reported to our dev, and it will be fixed soon.

    We’ve passed your topic to our developers so they can see if they can provide any hotfix.

    Please note: their response time might be a bit longer than ours here on forum as they are dealing with a lot of complex stuff on daily basis. We will update you here as soon as we got more information from them.

    The bug is already known and it should be fixed in upcoming Hustle version (no ETA yet, sorry).

    But the good news is there is a simple workaround – you have to add a custom field in Active Campaign. I took the liberty and created a “test field” in you AC. I tested the form and it looks ok – but please test it yourself.
