This feature-rich plugin would clients to have visibility and access to their own tickets, empowering them to track the status of their inquiries efficiently. It could be email in setup and form driven from their website into our client hubs.

Then Team members are equipped with robust ticket management tools, enabling them to handle customer queries effectively and ensure timely resolutions.

In cases where escalation is necessary, the plugin provides seamless integration with the WPMU support desk for technical issues that require advanced expertise.

With the Support Desk Plugin, we can enhance customer satisfaction, improve team productivity, and maintain a smooth support workflow within our agency.

Just an idea, I know it would be big build. Just imagine how more amazing WPMU would be to agency partners.

    At the moment, we only support Team members via the add-on:

    We do have plans to improve the workflow down the roadmap on how the support could be streamlined within the Hub side, however, at the moment there isn’t much information that I could provide as it’s still in its early phase.

    The more number of members express their interest in this ticket the more it’ll be considered as a feature down the roadmap.

    Hi James and WPMUDEV team

    I would be hesitant to support this if the queries went straight to WPMUDEV Support, because our clients would flood the WPMUDEV support team with first level queries that we as agencies should be dealing with. We would end up having our WPMUDEV subscriptions increased to cover this additional load on them.

    However, I would support a plugin that we as agencies could load onto our clients’ websites that would channel the queries into our WPMUDEV Hub where we can deal with them as tickets and then from there we might choose to escalate the ticket to WPMUDEV Support as second level support.
