Anti-Splog Use Question

I have been busy and not been able to watch my WPMU/BP site but that’s OK cause Anti-Splog was doing it for me. Awesome! Caught a ton of splogs and moved them into recents splogs.

I have a 2 part question…

1) My first question has to do with user accounts that these splogs create. I am going through and marking the 100’s of accounts as “Spammers”… what should I do with them? Mark them as “Spammers” then delete them? Or should I just delete them? Does Anti-Splog do anything with the user accounts?

2) How long should the “Splogs” be left in the “Recent Splogs” silo before deleting them?

    At the moment the Anti-Splog plugin does not delete them. However, a lot of members seem that changed so it may be something we address in the next version.

    2) How long should the “Splogs” be left in the “Recent Splogs” silo before deleting them?

    That’s entirely up to you. I’d leave them long enough for someone to complain about a legit blog being spammed by accident.
