Automate is not updating plugins

Automate for some plugins is selected but I am seeing those are not updated in hub. Over a month ago all settings of the hub were removed for all websites for all reports.

I have reset that. It may be on 25th of December. However Automate is enabled there but it is not updating the plugins.

    Sorry to hear about the ongoing issue. Just to be sure, the issue is only with one specific website, ie weberstxxxx.com ?

    Or are you noticing the same issue with all websites? I checked the Automate logs for the mentioned site, and could notice anomalies. I tried to replicate such issue in my system, but it works fine with Automate.

    I have initiated a new Automate, and would be monitoring how that goes in your system, it can take a bit of time for the Automate to start.

    I’m following up regarding how the new Automate initiated went in your system, I could notice it did successfully update the themes, however on checking the Automate logs, I could notice it does work, and most of the time fails with the following error message:

    Update error: http_request_failed - cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 55001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

    cURL error 28 is related to the server side, could you please check the following steps mentioned in this article, and see whether it helps:

    Unfortunately this is something which needs to be corrected within the server side, there isn’t much that could be done within Automate to fix this out of the box. Please check with your hosting provider about the points mentioned in the above article, so that Automate could work without any issues.
