Automate not backing up

Got this error message in email:

Apr 10, 2019 at 1:13pm: Error when attempting full site backup

Looks like there are 9 managed backups when looking at SnapShot.

Not sure what I need to do to fix the issue because I’m not sure what the issue is.

    Hi Wendy,

    I’m afraid, I don’t see you mention about which exact website you notice the issue. Could I know for which website you are noticing these issue? or is it for every website where Automate is enabled?

    Since you could confirm that Managed Backup created are listed under via he Snapshot > Managed Backups it sounds like backups, in general, are working fine.

    Please let me know which website I should be looking, and enable support access so that we could give a closer look. Please advise if I had missed anything. Have a nice day ahead. :slight_smile:
