Automated reports missing data

We’re interested in using the automated report functionality – however when the reports come through some sections are left blank (Performance and Uptime). Is this a bug with the system, or have we missed something in the set up of the reports?

    Hope you're doing well.

    I checked my scheduled Report that was created yesterday and Performance and Uptime info is included in there.

    It looks like that it's working properly so let's check if you indeed enabled this for your reports.

    To do this go to My Websites page, switch to Reports tab and next to your report hover on Settings icon and click on Edit.

    That should open popup with your Reports settings and in there make sure that Performance and Uptime are enabled:

    [attachments are only viewable by logged-in members]

    If they are already enabled but it's still not included in your report could you attach your PDF so we can check it out?
