Backups not working

Unable to run the managed backups. Please assist.

    Are you getting any error messages while trying to run managed backups or does the process "go stuck"?

    Did you already run a full conflict test on site? If not, please note that this is the basic and most fundamental test that's always the best to start with.     Let me know about test results, please. I'd also like to take a closer look at your site and test it by myself so could you please enable support access for me?
