[Beehive Pro] Beehive is not working, refuses to disconnect account

I am really losing my shit with your plugins lately. Here I am trying to do the simplest of things (generate visitor report), so I log into beehive and it shows that it doesn’t have any data (when last month it was fine).

Updated the plugin…nothing…hit refresh data, nothing, disconnect my account and connect again nothing.

And now have a look at this behaviour:

What is going on with your plugins? Seriously, the one that has not given me problems and actually works is defender. Everytime I need to use one of the plugins for the last month ends up me spending a lot of time troubleshooting and spending cycles trying to get support through here.

    Sorry to hear about the issues noticed. However, I’m afraid, the video that you shared doesn’t have any content. It seems to be playing a static image.

    So I’m not sure what exact issue you are facing currently with disconnecting. However, I tested it on my site by logging out of the Google account under Beehive Pro > Accounts but it worked fine.

    Could you please test in the staging site and see whether you get the same issue or not with logging out? That’s with all the plugins temporarily disabled except Beehive?

    I could notice anomalies with statistics not showing up on the plugin side and bringing that further to our Beehvie team’s attention on what might be causing it.

    Will keep you posted once we get further feedback asap.

    I’ve noticed that recently. I was getting 502 bad gateway on my server. The hosting provider did a courtesy migration to another server after upgrading to VPS that had all kinds of issues. Only to find out after migration that I was still having issues. So I installed query monitor as hummingbird documentation recommended to resolve the issue. It found issues with Branda being the main issue with slow page loads so I deactivated on all sites individually and saw a drastic improvement in page loads. I also deactivated hummingbird, smush and defender since query monitor was showing multiple PHP errors in each. I don’t know if it was just my setup, plugins, server or all but when I deactivated each of these plugins individually I saw an instant improvement. I’ve spent a lot of time and effort over the years tweaking the settings with minimal improvement. I would like to hear others comments on how there working for them and if they are having the same issues we are.

      Thanks Kevin – I have not experienced performance issues per se, my websites perform about the same with these plugins on/off. With Branda I guess it depends how many modules you have enabled.
      My issues are more with the reliability of the plugins…some of them are a joke (Snapshot and Shipper should be buried IMHO). Branda, Forminator, Defender, and Smush are really good, but have found some of them to bo be very buggy even though I love their features (Branda).

    Thank you for sharing the video again.

    Almost all of our plugins is using wordpress rest API to save the plugin data (settings) as I checked your site noticed issues with the rest API it shows a 500 fatal error, and it caused by a mu-plugin named “Infrastructure Plugin”.

    It looks like that plugin is installed using composer but it doesn’t belong the mu-plugins folder you need to create a folder inside the plugins directory and reinstall there or just copy an paste all the files in that directory, once its done you issue should be fixed.
