Beta Site, feedback, Blogger vs. WPMU

I have a beta site out and I am VERY concerned about taking on everyone’s blog from a backup and restore point. I have spent well over 40 hours on this test/install, and I have read for well over 6 hours on this site.

I and still wondering if this, WPMU, is better than blogger.com.

Since Google runs that service, would it be better to direct my sailing fleet to blog there? I would like some feedback on your ideas.

Any ideas or readings you have on that would be appreciated.
