Bulk smush says Request time out

Bulk smush says Request time out while smushing images. Skipped due to a timeout error. You can increase the request timeout to make sure Smush has enough time to process larger files.

Added define(‘WP_SMUSH_API_TIMEOUT’, 150); to config file.

    how are you doing today?

    Sorry to hear that you’re having an issue with Smush Pro.

    I did try to duplicate the issue on one of my test site. However, I was unable to do so Smush Pro works as it should on my test site.

    I did try to Smush images manually via Media > Libray. It gave me the same error.

    After contacting our developers for this issue. It seems like your Site is not able to contact our Smush API servers.

    I also enabled debug mode to check any errors while compressing those images via Bluk Smush. There were no errors generated.

    In your chat, you did mention that you were having a similar issue on the all the site hosted on the same server.

    It might be that your host would be blocking the request to connect with Smush API.

    Can you please contact your host once regarding this issue?

    Hello Marcel,

    Please provide me with an IP address or hostname of the Smush API

    Please provide this IP address 159.89.254.12to your host.

    Once they unblock it try to Bulk Smush the images.

    Let me know whether it works or not.
