Cannot access SFTP on WPMU DEV Hosting

I created 2 SFTP accounts on WPMU Hosting, but I am unable to login using FileZilla.

    I was able to connect via site manager in Filezilla. When you configure it, DO NOT give any port number and select SFTP while you select the protocol as per following screenshot:
