Cannot remove backups from the Hub

The site we tested the managed backup on doesn’t use it now, however, I can see that on another site it says there is 1gb used.

How can I delete files off the storage space without re-enabling it all on the original site?

I have deleted the file through the Account -> All backups, its says complete but I can still see it if I go out and back in.

Tried this few time, also tried to clear browser cache. It even starts to download if I ask it too so it’s not trying to delete or just updating.

    I did some further testing and I'm unable to replicate. But a colleague got the same trouble deleting the file if it's the last backup.

    Can you please confirm for us if there's any other backup(local or cloud) for that specific site, or the one you're trying to delete is the last backup?

    Also, try to remove the backup from Account page see if that makes a difference.

    Or from site dashboard under Snapshot > Managed Backup.
