I use JetPack’s contact form for our “contact us” page to receive the enquiries from prospective customers. But I’m not able to receive email notification when the form is submitted. The feedback is registered in WP Dashboard but not emailed me.
To test whether email-system is working for my WordPress setup, I created a new account & I received new confirmation email with password immediately on my email (* that means WP mail system is functioning).
I installed ‘Contact Form 7’ plugin to to test enquiry form and this plugin also failed to send me email notification.
What could be the problem?
Theme: TwentyFourteen, MultiSite setup.
