Can’t login in WordPress

After changing the table prefix in defender I can’t login into my site.

    The issue has been forwarded to our Hosting SLS team (Second Level Support – Code Experts). I believe, they will come up with a solution soon.

    Please keep in mind, our SLS people work round the clock and they have to deal with lots of critical issues and other things. So it may take a little while for them to check this and provide a solution. I appreciate your patience.

    Hello Robert ,

    I hope you’re doing fine. With further examination of your site I noted that the administrator role had been removed. Hence you could not access the wp-admin dashboard. From the logs it’s not possible to tell how the role was removed.

    However I was able to restore the role and assign you administrator role. I was able to test with the provided wp-admin credentials and it’s now possible to access the admin dashboard. You can verify this from your end as well.
