can't restore the snapshot file in a new site, it shows some error message

Hi wpmudev support,

I have snappshot in my original site, and keep the file in server, also in onedrive.

But when restore the file in a new site, no matter upload into the site's wp snapshot folder, or using onedrive public link, it gets error.

Please help and let me know how to restore. (see the error in attachments snapshot_1~3)

    Hey Luke,

    Hope you’re doing well today :slight_smile:

    Can you try removing the snapshot name from the URL entered in URL Path field.

    Snapshot should then scan the folder for existing snapshots and import them.

    For example, the path in second screenshot should look like this:

    /public_html/twvegetablescom/wp-content/uploads/snapshots/

    Let us know if it’s working after that.

    Hmm, that's strange, if the path is correct snapshot should find any snapshots added there, and I just tested this on my end to be sure it's working and I was able to import it without any issues.

    Could you provide us with FTP access so we can check the path on your site and test this further?

    So you were able to scan and import the file to your site?

    Could you open new thread with the issue you have during restoring so we can deal with these issues separately.

    Also, include any info there about the errors or anything else you are seeing during the restore.

    HI Predrag,

    sorry, don’t know I reply to a public forums, my bad and thanks your help.

    I can scan and import, but fail to restore successfully, even one time, the screen shows every tasks are complete, but don’t know why this new site is still the same, not restore to what my original site.
