Chat suppport is not working

I keep trying to get chat support but every time that I click start chat nothing happens.

    Hello there Z

    I’m really sorry for that. Can you please further explain to us what exactly happens? Do you fulfil the pre-cat survey, click on “start chat” and nothing happens? Can you open the pre-chat survey again after that? Or should you refresh whole page first? Please advise!

    Could you please inform me about the followings too:

    – operations system (for example Windows 10 or macOS 10.13.6)

    – browser type and version (for example Chrome 68)

    Additionally, have you tried to open a chat in another browser and in a incognito mode so no browser extensions are being used?

    Sometimes the prechat button doesn’t show “start Chat” even after I fill everything out. Sometimes it does show and nothing happens when I click, the window just goes away.

    Also have tried the refresh.

    Window 10 on Chrome 68

    also tried incognito.

    Hmm… we had some similar reports but it was around Safari and the autocomplete function that provides. Are you probably using any autocomplete functionality in Chrome?

    I’ve already reported this to our developers, will keep you posted here as soon as we’ve got some insights or some feedback is needed, so we’ll get back here to ping you.

    I wasn’t using the auto on this form. I went long hand and even jumbled letters just to make it faster for me to get through the form the long way.

    No big deal, I’m sure you’ll get it figured out. I do have an open thread about what I needed originally that I’m sure someone will find. Thanks.
