Connect Website to HUB

On my website, WordPress is in its own directory. I followed this https://wordpress.org/support/article/giving-wordpress-its-own-directory/ (Method 2 with URL change).

In this case, do I connect the website to HUB as domain.com or domain.com/directory-name/?

    Just to be sure, whether I understand your setup. You have a site hosted in a subdirectory like for example:

    domain.com/directory-name

    And the website loads when accessing the domain like:

    domain.com

    If yes, then it would be domain.com that you should connect to Hub. The domain to be registered in the WPMU DEV Hub would be the URL which loads the website when accessing via the browser address bar, so in that case, it would be domain.com

    Also manually installing the WPMU DEV Dashboard as mentioned in the given video would automatically sync the site URL in the Hub:
