"Connection was reset"

Anyone knows how to turn off the “website appears down” with the “connection was reset” error? My mailbox is hurting with tons of emails, and none of the sites that has the error is actually down…

I dont want to turn off “website down” function, just the “connection was reset”.

Is that possible?

    I have spoken til Domeneshop (Our hosting provider for all sites) and they cant seem to find any problems with neither the domain or webhotel?

    What IP adresses does this occur on?

    Since this is about our Uptime service I have moved your ticket to our Support forum, it was in Members forum which is more of a general discussion section and doesn’t guarantee staff response.

    It seems that something is blocking requests on your server, can you ask your host if they can find below IPs being blocked in server logs and if they can whitelist them:

    34.196.51.17
    
52.57.5.20
