Deactivating buddy press

If I’m using the social theme and deactivated buddy press. Would my site have any issues?

I deactivated buddy press and now my website isn’t working with WPMU.

I cannot access the admin cp to activate is again. I’m just getting a blank white screen.

Any suggestions?
