[Defender Pro] Can't access defender configuration

I’ve installed Defender but when I try to access the configuration page i get the error “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” and I can’t access it via The Hub either.

    Hi Russell,

    Thank you for coming to our support forum, hope you are doing well today!

    It seems there might have some user access level permission to the user account you are logged in with. Could you please try logging in as site owner admin account perhaps? Or if you are logged in as site owner admin account, please try logging out and re-login. And of course please update the Defender plugin to the latest version.

    Because from your Hub I can see the message below for the site “www.edit-london.com”:

    Russell, the Security tab had a huge update that now requires the latest version of Defender. Grab the latest version now to unlock it’s full potential!

    So it’s worth updating the plugin and check if you can access to the configuration page.
