[Defender Pro] Clearly show status of file scanning on Defender's dashboard

I’d like to suggest adding some clear indications in Defender admin pages on whether or not certain options in File Scanning are enabled or not.

    I hope you’re well today and thank you for the suggestions!

    I admit I never thought of that but now that you have pointed that out, I can see how easy it can be to “miss a threat” unintentionally by simply not seeing which options are applied currently. In my personal opinion, it would make a great improvement to plugin and, as a consequence, to the security in general.

    I’ve already passed your suggestion over to our Defender team for further consideration so I hope we’ll see that in the plugin in future :slight_smile:
