[Defender Pro] Defender Pro white page

Hi there. Can you pls help me? I have installed Defender Pro and activated it. But when i tried go to plugin settings – i have a blank white page.

    I hope you’re well today and thank you for your question!

    Could you please check if current PHP version for the site is above 5.6.x, preferably though 7.x? If it’s anything below 7.x is there a chance that you could upgrade it? Usually there’s an option to simply switch it from cPanel so that is worth doing.

    Also, please go to the “WPMU DEV -> Support -> System Information” page in your site’s back-end and in “WordPress” tab scroll it all the way down and look at the value for “WP_MEMORY_LIMIT” line. If it’s something less than 128M please try adding following line to the “wp-config.php” file of the site

    define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '128M' );

    Make sure that the line is above the ‘/* That’s all, stop editing! */’ line there.

    If that doesn’t help, I’ll need to take a closer look so in such case please enable support access to the site for me by going to the “WPMU DEV -> Support -> Support Access” page and clicking on “Grant support access” button there.
