[Defender Pro] Emails Won't Stop

I am receiving an email every 5 minutes from Defender Pro stating that Defnder “Locked out the host xxxxx” How do i stop these emails? I’ve tried signing up for “Weekly” didn’t work. Then deleted my name/email….didn’t work (it keeps re-appearing)

    Hi Kris. Thank you for your reply. I tried “Toggling” OFF the buttons under the path you provided. However, after hitting ‘save’ it doesn’t save. The Buttons go back on and emails continue to come in. I even changed “Repeat Lockout” button to 3, but that too doesn’t seem to limit the emails under 3.

    I made a quick test on my lab site and I cannot replicate this issue with the current version.

    This issue could be a plugin conflict. Would you please run a conflict test? Please deactivate all plugins except the Defender and check if the problem is gone. If so, then enable all plugins one by one and find which one is having conflict. If there is no positive result, switch to default WordPress theme like 2019 and see if it works.

    Before this test I recommend full site backup.

    Issue Resolved! Using Chrome, I opened an incognito window and logged into WordPress. Went to the DefenderPro plug in and successfully updated some features. I then closed the window. Opened Google Chrome (not incognito) and cleared Cookies. I Updated the notification settings successfully.

    My apologies. Guess the issue was on my side the whole time. Just needed to clear out cookies. Thanks for your Help Kris!
