[Defender Pro] false positives on sites being down

i am getting messages that sites are down but when i check them they are fine. what do i do?

    I have checked the site that is assigned to this thread and I could see that there were entries in Uptime “Connection refused”.
    This doesn’t mean that the site was down, but that Uptime can’t access it. This particular message shows when, for example, DNS records are changed for the domain (so it could be DNS TTL issues and Uptime occasionally using old IP).
    You would need to check if there were any changes in the DNS? That would be best to ask the hosting provider if you didn’t change anything.
