[Defender Pro] How can I copy lockouts data to a staging site?

I want to copy my current lockouts data from my current production site to staging so that when I push the new version of my site back to production the lockouts that I already had will still be there. Is copying the contents of _defender_lockout and _defender_lockout_log enough in this case?
