[Defender Pro] mask login not working

Yesterday i had appcontact; the contact was broken. Haven’t heard anything afterthat. I want to change the login from wp-admin to something else. I set it up, and it is not working. Tried something else, cleared cache. Still not working. I granted acces for support. Please let me know. I will activate it now. The login is setup is /123erik for now. the website is kt-e.nl

    I hope you’re well today!

    I checked your site and the “Permalinks” on site are currently set to use “plain” structure. So that means that e.g. address of any post on site would be like

    yoursite.com/?p=123

    which means that WordPress doesn’t even try to do any URL rewriting. To make masking work you would need to change the permalink structure and set it to any of the “not plain” options. I usually prefer using “post name” option.

    You can change it on “Settings -> Permalinks” page and once that’s set, the masking should start working out of the box. In fact, it does already work partially because it blocks default “/wp-login.php” URL but WordPress is simply not able to “rewrite” your custom URL to the login page due to those permalinks settings.

    Changing it should fix the issue right away.
