[Defender Pro] missing logs

I got the email, but when I log in I see nothing. No logs, no full audit report. Please help me figure this out. Thanks!

    I’d like to check the issue you’re experiencing, but it seems that Support Access is currently disabled for that site. Can you please enable it so we can check what and why is happening?

    Hello Dewey ,

    I apologise for the delay here. I went ahead and did a deep investigation and noticed that if I navigate to Defender Pro-> Audit Logging, the event logs for the preselected dates would not load once the page loads.

    But if I custom select the dates, it would work and the event logs would be displayed. I have sent this to our SLS team to check this further. Please note that as the SLS team is continuously working on such critical issues, they may take a bit more than usual time than the normal support team to reply back on the thread here. I will also be checking with them for the same and keep you updated on the status. Your patience is appreciated and cooperation here.

    Also, if there is anything else than the aforementioned above scenario of the issue that you would like to high light to us, please reply in the thread here with a bit more explanation and we would be really happy to help.

    I see this issue has been worked on by our developers, please note that complex issues need some time till it will get resolved. I’m afraid we do not have an ETA, this issue could be replicated by us and reported as a bug. It should be fixed in the Defender’s future releases.

    Please keep an eye on the Updates section on your site.
