[Defender Pro] Profile builder locked

We use Profile builder to login for customers but Defender is blocking this page. How do we allow users to login from Profile Builder?

    Hi Mark,

Can you please provide us with some more information about the issue you are having?

When you say Profile Builder, are you referring to this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/profile-builder/ or something else?

Can you tell me where on your site is this login form located and how exactly is Defender is blocking it, is the page not loading, you see some errors during registration process, or something else?
Could you provide us with some steps that we can follow to see the issue on your site?

Did the issue started as soon as you activated Defender or after you have activated certain Security Tweaks, or perhaps some of the other Defender options such as Mask Login URL, IP logging, etc?

Would you mind allowing support access so we can have a closer look at this?
To enable support access you can follow this guide here:

—- There is a link to a login form ( I had to disable Defender so the site is usable)

    — Yes there is a masked login from wp-admin. But this shouldnt apply to the login form on a front end page? No other options are activated as far as Im aware.

    — Yes Il grant access

    Hi Mark,

Thanks for providing additional information, I did a test on my end and I was able to replicate the issue, and I can actually see why the issue is happening.

Thing is that the /login slug that you are using for your login page is also used by WordPress itself do redirect to wp-login.php page and since it’s one of the default WP pages Defender blocks access to it, it doesn’t actually block the form itself.

All that you need to do is go to your Pages, edit the Login page and change its permalink, even just to log-in will do the trick.

    Best regards,
