When we enter a ticket on-site here we are asked for the area : Plugins, and then the product : Defender, and then the feature, which includes Recommendations, Scanning, Lockouts, etc..
I suggest adding Notifications to that list. And with so many new features in other plugins it might help you folks in support if other plugins are checked and new features get added into these lists to help us better categorize our requests to you.
Also, the ‘area’ might include this WPMU DEV website, Support, or some other area that is not included.
This is all trivial really but it could help with future Google searches on the forum, find existing notes on specific topics, etc. I’m just thinking it’s time to review the limits of this support form and expand it to bring it up with the times.
BTW, thanks for adding attachments/images and emoji to the support form entry page, so that we don’t need to add attachments in a separate post. Small things like this do help.
