Defender scan return 580 issues

The Defender scan returned 580 issues, seems that all the files in the installation are not right?

What can be causing this?

    I tried the File Scanning module of Defender plugin yesterday (Last scan: 21/04/2017 18:29) and I haven't experienced such issue.

    Have you tried to rescan files? Could you give this another spin please?

    If this has no results, have you tried to manually check some of the reported files for any weird malicious code?

    I also seeing lots of websites with support access enabled. Is this happening to all of these or a specific one, please advise!
