DIVI theme builder issue

DIVI theme builder isn’t loading on my site.

    Hello OneRedSock ,

    I checked your site and it looks like this might be case of conflict with another plugin on your site.
    I have tested Divi on my lab site on WPMU DEV Hosting and Theme Builder is working there fine.

    I suggest starting with a quick plugin conflict test as described in getting support manual E. Plugin Conflict Test

    (make sure to do that test on the staging site).

    The fastest way to check if conflicts are an issue, is to activate Safe Mode in Divi. In the admin, goto DIVI -> Support Center -> Safe Mode -> Activate.
    Test to see if it then loads.
    Before yo activate that, also check that all the php settings are ok. You will find that in the top of the Support Center, before you scroll down to the Safe Mode area..

    Otherwise, there are a couple of issues that can be the cause.

    Hi,
    So, there have been a bunch of different issues with the site. Most of which are now resolved, or I can at least work around them by deactivating and then reactivating various plugins to do work.

    Conflict 1
    Divi Builder and WPMU Dev Defender.
    A few days ago I couldn’t get Thrive Quiz Builder to work with Defender running either, but Divi Builder was working. Now that’s not working either. I deactivate Defender, do the work I need, then reactivate it again before pushing live.

    Conflict 2
    Thrive Quiz and WPMUDev Smush
    Having built my quiz, and got it working, it suddenly stopped loading for site visitors. Deactivating Smush means the quiz will now load.
    I’ve also had a different issue with Smush a few days ago that was forwarded to the Smush team.

    I have to say, I’m not loving the faff of having to turn things on and off all the while.

    So sorry to hear the other two issues you are having. Before those two, can you please confirm if your Divi Builder is loading now? If not, please let us know so we can investigate further.

    Regarding the other two issues you mentioned, as those need individual checking, can you please contact our Live Chat support so we can troubleshoot those and try to find a solution faster?
