Does the new Supporter Plugin work with these plugins?

I was looking into these two plugins that might help me do what I want to do with my site:

WPMU Blog Registrations

New Blog Defaults

http://wpmudev.org/project/New-Blog-Defaults

I was wondering if anyone sees any potential problems with using these simultaneously with Supporter, which by the way, is beautiful.
