Domain name not secure

I have a multisite and have a subdomain which is mapped to a domain name.

The domain is: bordergardening.invadedbypixels.co.uk which is mapped to http://www.bordergardening.co.uk.

When I search for the site, the browser is saying it is not secure.

    The issue here is that the only SSL certificate used there is for invadedbypixels.co.uk domain. You will need an additional certificate (it doesn’t have to be a wildcard one, a regular single-domain cert will suffice) for your bordergardening.co.uk domain as well.

    This is caused by how the SSL certification works. Every certificate is issues for specific domain(s) and secures only these domains. Mapping another domain to already secured one doesn’t “extend” or “update” a certificate.

    Once you install a certificate for bordergardening.co.uk domain on your server (in addition to the one you already have for the original domain) the issue should go away automatically.
