Email send being rejected

I’ve configure Branda SMTP with Office 365 SMTP host and email being rejected when it’s connected.

    I understand your concern that the emails are being rejected, I would like to tell you that SMTP is something which uses remote server, its username and password. So its not something to deal with the website hosting but truly depends upon the mx records and/or any restrictions put up by the smtp provider, here in your case its either Godaddy or Office 365.

    I would request you to please check with Godaddy what might be the issue here, and if they say its related to the host please let us know what we need to check here and we will get that sorted.
