I’m trying to add a simple “Share This” link that pops open an EMAIL form (with “invitation text that I hardcode in) so that visitors can send a link to our homepage to others. Just an email form, no social sites, etc. I cannot get this to work in a widget and with theme setup that’s my best choice.
As far as I can tell from researching, MU will not let you put php in a widget? I read in a forum to create your own widget and that would work. Problem is I don’t know how to do that.
I’ve tried the Share This plugin in combo with PHP Code Widget plugin and also WP-Email and no luck…
Any help?
