Endpoint request timed out

Can’t restore a backup from yesterday, nor create new SFTP account. Please advise.

    Hi Steve H,

    We are noticing issues with Backup, and SFTP accounts seen in your case which results in End Point Request time out, our Hosting team is presently working on to fix this issue.

    I’m afraid, the restore is possible once the issue is troubleshooted within the hosting side. Will keep you updated once we get any further feedback regarding this.
