Following install.txt instructions for Multi-DB plugin… no scripts folder in wp-content

Hi,

I’m following the instructions on the install.txt for the Multi-DB plugin… it says:

move-blogs.php – goes in /wp-content/scripts

But I don’t see a “scripts” folder in wp-content. Any help would be appreciated.
