I’d like to see a popup module/addon for Forminator (from WPMUDEV) based on my experience over the past few years.
Back in the day WPMUDEV had a stand alone popup that was sunsetted.
At this time if I want to have a popup, I need to load an entirely differnt plugin (Staying in the WPMUDEV Ecosphere) Hustle.
This creates a couple issue:
* Loading yet another plugin for a single function.
Not every site I work on needs Hustle but nearly all need Forminator.
I spend an amazing amount of time removing redundant plugins and trying to consolidate functionality for others on Clien’t sites.
* Submission data is stored in two different plugins. I am often making both a form and a popup that integrate with the same Mailchimp list or segment.

Add a popup addon to Forminator

What if the popup were made an addon or module. That when enabled would add the full functionality of the popup to Forminator and/or Hustle. I understand this would require some reworking of Hustle but believe it would be worth it.
When Hustle is installed, the addon is active by default and the user doesn’t know the difference.
When Forminator is installed the addon is inactive, allowing the user to decide if they want to use it.
That way you could have the popup functioning with two of your plugins. In theory reduceing development time, as you would only need to update the addon and not both Forminator and Hustle with duplicate popup code.
Just a thought.
