I would like to be able to create custom reports based on the options selected when a form is submitted. Specifically, in my case I have a contact form with an option to select an office location. When that form is submitted it is then routed to the specific office they selected. On the report side, I would like to be able to show how many forms were submitted with specific options. Specifically, in my case, how many forms were submitted with each location selected.
