[Forminator Pro] Display Forminator submissions per month

0

In Forminator > Submissions > Stats
Currently we can see the graph per day only
It would be nice to be able to see submissions per month too

    Hi Jean

I hope you are doing well.

To make sure we are on the same page, are you referring to Stats on Form dashboard:

[attachments are only viewable by logged-in members]

This brings the full month data but the hover on each graph spike is a daily data.

In Forminator > Reports you can filter by Month or Past 30 days:

[attachments are only viewable by logged-in members]

Let us know if it is what you are looking for, or if you are also looking to have monthly data, for example, if you Select “Past year” the graph brings the 12 months and numbers for each of them.

    Best Regards

    Hello Jean ,

    Thank you for your response.

The provided screenshot is not visible so I am unable to check it but let me clarify this —

    1. Forminator Pro >> Submissions: You can access the submissions of any form by selecting it from the dropdown. Furthermore, you have the option to filter the submissions based on a specific date range, as demonstrated in the screenshot below:

[attachments are only viewable by logged-in members]

    2. Forminator Pro >> Reports: In this section, you can review the statistics for any form. The ability to filter data for a specific date range is available to help you analyze the information effectively, as highlighted in the screenshot below:

      Hello Vikram,
It seems there are a few misunderstandings here:

      – WPMU website has a bug those days, I cannot upload a picture here, when I click on the paper clip, nothing happens, so I have to upload the screenshots to an service like imgur
      – The screenshot that I provided is working well, I double checked even in incognito: https://imgur.com/a/Emlsz9t
      – My suggestion is to be able to display the Forminator submissions stats by month instead of by day, like this: https://imgur.com/a/aBHP5Ol

      Hope this clarifies

      Kind regards

    Hi Jean

    Thank you for response!

    As for stats:

Sorry for misunderstanding. What you want is that e.g. for a “yearly” view you would like it to see just as “cumulative” data for each month – so instead of all single days, you’d just have “total per month”, right?

That wasn’t often requested (and I don’t see plans for such changes yet) but I’ve passed your suggestion over to our Forminator Team.

    As for attaching images:

We are not aware of any known errors currently so to make sure:

    – when you click on that paper clip icon – literally nothing happens or you do see option to select file but you can’t select it (or it’s not being added)?
    – if you have some sort of ad-blocking extension active, have you tried with it disabled?
    – did you try with different browsers?

    Kind regards,
    Adam

    Hello Adam,
Yes, instead of all single days, we’d have the “total per month”, that is right
So we can easily see the progression and the result of our action to increase leads

About the paper clip button not working anymore on this WPMU dev website:
    – I tried disabling AdBlock, still not working
    – I tried in another browser: now it’s working

So it should be another Chrome extension that is not compatible with WPMU dev website …

After some debug, I found that it was the extension “I don’t care about cookies” that was blocking it
Maybe someone could investigate this, as cookies banners are so annoying that I recommend everyone to use a “I don’t care about cookies” extension nowadays

All right then, thank you for confirmation!

We’ve already forwarded this suggestion to our Forminator Team so they’ll look into it and there is a good chance it may be added in one of future releases.

After some debug, I found that it was the extension “I don’t care about cookies” that was blocking it (…)

I’ll pass this over to our site team to see if they can possibly do something about that but I’d rather not make promises yet as this looks more like “oversensitivity”, so to say, of the plugin that’s probably “misinterpreting” the attachment window of this post editor with some cookie banner.

However, I just tested it and simply adding our site as exception there (to “whitelisted sites” list) helps.

I think you can do it safely as we don’t really “attack” with cookie banners. It’s enough to just add the domain
