[Forminator Pro] Forminator Pro Detected Malware?

Referring to Jetpack scanning: [image pos=”0″]
And i also realized my other website with Defender Pro scanning return the same alert.

Any advice?

    Is it reporting a possible malware in E-signature add-on in Forminator; probably in ss.js file to be specific? If that’s the case, then it’s a false positive, and we have had similar reports from other members as well. That is happening because we are using the SuperSign library for E-sign field and the author of that library gave us the obfuscated/encoded version of the library. We have updated our license to the Source Code version and we’ll do a hot-fix today to update the E-sign library to the source code version instead of obfuscated version but be assured that there is no malware in Forminator.

    However, lemme know if the report was for any other file.

    Another quick update on this:

    If your issue was similar to what I mentioned in my previous comment, we have released a hot-fix to avoid this issue in the future. We have updated our license to the source code version and with this hot-fix, the issue should be sorted as the ss.js script isn’t obfuscated anymore.

    That being said, if your issue is different, feel free to provide more details on that.
