[Forminator Pro] Forminator submissions approve/disapprove option

Hello WPMU,

We have made a website for a customer and they have a “booking” form, where they have users submitting information, that will be reviewed by the customer and then they want to be able to approve/disapprove of the submission.
When they approve or disapprove, they would like an email to be sent to the user, telling them something like:

“Hello {name-1},

We have reviewed your submission and have approved your appointment.”

Would it be possible to get a feature for this? We have been asked about it by some other customers too

    Hello Advicer ,

    So to summarize: there is a need for two buttons next to each submission that just send different email notifications and nothing else?

    I’m asking because something like this fits an actual booking plugin that would also mark a slot in the calendar as busy or free (so there would be more actions than sending email)

    Hello Kasia,

    In a sense yes. In our use case, it is not affecting any actual calendars, but instead just sending an email to the user who made the submission with a new email notification. Similar to the automatic one when they submit, but instead an approve/disapprove notification afterwards, if that makes sense :)

    Thank you for the information.

    I would like to suggest HubSpot integration, for now, Forminator creates a ticket in HubSpot that can be used to manage your customers and take action / contact them when necessary, based on your description it would be helpful for you.

    But we also escalated this request to our developers and designers.
