[Forminator Pro] Recommendation to add Customization option for ‘Consent field’ and its objects

Hello,

When you have a form with some fields and a consent field your not able to style the checkbox in the appearance settings. In the Appearance tab, the option to customize the checkbox (which I reckon also applies to the consent field) only shows when u add a real checkbox.

So I thereby recommend or request to add customization option for the ‘Consent field’.

    You are right, the option shows only if a “real” checkbox is added.

    A workaround for now would be to add such checkbox, set colors, save form, remove checkbox and save form again. It should keep the settings anyway and “consent” field should use it. At least it did seem to do so in my tests on my own test site – so I believe it would work.

    But I agree that it would be better if we had at least that setting available if only consent filed is there or, better yet, separate settings for consent field.

    A good news is that it is already known to our developers and marked as a bug so it should be fixed with one of upcoming releases. I don’t have ETA but I can confirm it’s on a “to do” list already.
