High CPU Usage on WPMU DEV Hosting

I am running a site on WPMU DEV Hosting and the CPU usage is around 25-30%. There is no downtime or slowdown but when I had initially setup the site the CPU usage was around 3-4%. I just want to dig in and find out what is causing this increase in load

    Our hosting team has taken a closer look at your site. According to their investigation, there’s nothing out of the blue within the server logs. They have confirmed that 25-30% CPU usage is normal and is usually caused due to traffic on the site.
