[Hosting] Ability to upload .crt and .key files in Support Requests

Hi there,

Every year when trying to renew my clients’ custom SSL certificates I try to attach the files to the ticket and I’m unable to. I also tried .zip without success.

Any chance we can allow .crt files and .key files in attachments so I don’t have to bother the guys on Live Chat?

    Thanks for your feedback, attaching certain types of files is blocked due to security and some limitations in the platform that we currently use for the Ticket system.

    Note that .crt files and .key contain sensitive information about your certificate. Still, I shared your feedback with our team, and they will evaluate how to improve the Custom SSL installation.
